This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Mindli and supersedes any prior agreements.

#4. User Account
4.1. To use our AI services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
4.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
#5. AI Services and Usage
5.1. Mindli provides AI-powered services including:

- Sentiment analysis and theme extraction
- Trend identification and insights
- Custom insight queries
- Strategic recommendations
5.2. Usage Limits:
- Each plan has specific limits on responses and AI analysis
- Basic: 500 responses/month
- Pro: 5,000 responses/month
- Business: 50,000 responses/month
- Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges
5.3. Survey and Response Requirements:

- Surveys must not collect inappropriate or illegal content
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
#6. Subscription and Billing

- Basic Plan: 1 space, unlimited surveys, 500 responses/month
- Pro Plan: 5 spaces, unlimited surveys, 5,000 responses/month
- Business Plan: Unlimited spaces and surveys, 50,000 responses/month
- Monthly and annual billing options available
6.2. Payment Processing:
- All payments are processed through Paddle
- Charges are based on your selected plan
- Additional fees may apply for exceeding response limits
#7. Refunds and Cancellation
7.1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- Survey data and insights remain available for 30 days after cancellation
7.2. Refund Policy:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except for service failure
- No refunds for partial use or unused response quotas
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
#8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1. Platform IP:
- The Mindli platform, AI technology, and analysis algorithms remain our property
- Our AI improvements derived from aggregated usage are our intellectual property
8.2. Your Content Rights:
- You retain all rights to your surveys and branding
- You own the survey responses you collect
- You own the AI-generated insights and summaries
- You receive a perpetual license to exported data
8.3. Data Ownership:
- Survey responses belong to you
- AI insights generated from your data belong to you
- Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our services

9.1. Usage Rights:
- Full rights to use AI-generated insights
- Right to share and publish survey results
- License to use insights in decision-making and reporting
9.2. Restrictions:
- Must respect respondent privacy and consent
- No misrepresentation of data or insights
- No use of platform to collect illegal or harmful content

You agree not to:
- Use the service to collect inappropriate or illegal data
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
- Share or resell your account access
- Exceed response limits or abuse platform resources
- Collect data without proper consent
- Misrepresent survey results or AI insights
- Use the platform for spam or harassment
#11. Service Quality and Availability
11.1. AI Analysis:
- Processing times may vary based on response volume
- Insight quality depends on response quantity and quality
- We continuously improve our AI algorithms
11.2. Service Availability:
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
#12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. We are not liable for:
- Accuracy of AI-generated insights
- Business decisions based on survey data
- Indirect losses from service use or unavailability
- Issues arising from response quality or quantity
12.2. Maximum liability limited to your last month's subscription fee
#13. Content Removal and Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Remove inappropriate surveys or responses
- Suspend accounts violating these terms
- Terminate service for abusive behavior
- Delete inactive accounts after 12 months
#14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service improvements and new features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
